Asimilate VRM
Asimilate’s Vendor Relationship Manager (VRM) (patent pending) offers unprecedented solutions in E-purchasing and E-procurement of E-commerce. The VRM digitally sends the Purchase Orders to the Vendor via an Email Link or Fax server. The Email will link the Vendor to your data over the Internet. This automation allows the vendor to update cost, promise dates, and notes on Purchase Orders. VRM will communicate the Promise Date to the Vendor to assure the inventory will arrive on time.
VRM has "Reorder Advice" which creates automatic Purchase Orders by reorder criteria within Exact Software. These inventory items are automatically consolidated by vendor and assigned to purchase orders without any data entry. At that time they are "unreleased purchase orders" that can be released and distributed to the vendor within seconds via email. Asimilate's reorder advice will exponentially decrease the purchasing time, resulting in rapidly shipped inventory.
Asimilate creates supply chain visibility. It allows importers to manage Purchase Orders, manage supplier performance and manage logistics service. This cannot be done well with Emails and faxes. Asimilate’s online technology removes blind spots in the supply chain.
